1. Fees & payouts

Sellers keep 90% of every sale. Lapis Factory retains a 10% platform fee to cover payment processing, malware scanning and buyer protection. Payouts are issued monthly for balances above 25 EUR.

2. Content ownership

You retain full ownership of everything you publish. By listing a resource you grant buyers a license to use it under the terms you set, and you grant Lapis Factory a license to host, display and scan the file.

3. Malware scanning

Every uploaded file is scanned before it goes live. Submitting obfuscated code that blocks scanning, or code that behaves differently once purchased, is treated as a violation regardless of intent.

4. Prohibited content

No malware, no stolen or leaked resources, no license key generators, no content that violates Mojang/Microsoft's terms. Listings that violate this are removed without a refund of fees already paid.

5. Pricing & changes

You set your own prices within the platform's minimum. Price changes apply to future purchases only, existing buyers keep the terms they bought under.

6. Refunds & disputes

Buyers have a 14-day refund window, mediated by Lapis Factory, not decided unilaterally by either side. Repeated, upheld disputes against a seller can lead to a review of their account.

7. Support obligations

Sellers are expected to respond to buyer support requests within 5 business days. Consistently unresponsive sellers may have listings temporarily hidden.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on your earnings in your jurisdiction. Lapis Factory may request tax information where required by law.

9. Termination

Either side can end this agreement at any time. Confirmed sales already made remain payable under these terms. Lapis Factory may suspend accounts immediately in cases of fraud or malware.

10. Changes to this agreement

We may update these terms and will notify active sellers by email at least 14 days before changes take effect.
